EQ is a Better Predictor of Success in Life than Intelligence!
Wish to Find the Best Enrichment Class for Your Child in Singapore?
Is your child a high-ability learner whose potential is capped by poor social skills? We can help! Most enrichment classes in Singapore focus only on building academic skills in children. |
We’re different. Here at The Collaboration Corner, we help your child build EQ, leadership and other critical life skills in a stimulating and fun learning environment. Graduates of our enrichment classes become natural leaders as early as Sec 1.

What Will Your Child Gain from Our Enrichment Programme in Singapore?
A leader’s intelligence has to have a strong emotional component. He has to have high levels of self-awareness, maturity and self-control. No doubt emotional intelligence is more rare than book smarts, but my experience says it is actually more important in the making of a leader. You just can’t ignore it.
- Jack Welch
Is this the Right Enrichment Class for your child?
Does your primary school child exhibit even one of the following behavioural challenges?

Our enrichment classes hone social and leadership skills for kids by placing them in lab-controlled situations that require teamwork and cooperation. We then provide individualised observations and parent coaching to build specific target skills.

Testimonials
By the end of Sec 1, she was almost unanimously chosen by her classmates to receive the school’s Star Award, i.e., the student who contributed most to the class. When she brought home her award, I couldn't help but wonder if she would be the person she is now if she had not attended your class. |
Although it took us more than a few months to work through the challenges, I was very surprised that she didn’t want to quit. She said, “I enjoy the class, it’s very fun and the children there are smart. I feel like I don’t have to explain myself and in fact I have to keep up with them.” So we signed up for more hard work and over time, I noticed a radical change in her behaviour. She was less abrasive and developed more empathy. |
He absolutely enjoys his classes, and looks forward to it. The key benefit that he takes away is that his confidence level is up. He is a bit more sure of himself because he can interpret situations a bit better. He is learning to lead by being kind, by not being aggressive, and by accepting that it is okay to have different opinions.
- Amy Ong, mother of a Primary 5 boy in ACSP GEP.
Why You Should Choose an EQ-based Enrichment Class
Most enrichment centres in Singapore are academically-focused. However, universities and employers are no longer looking at academic abilities alone. They are seeking candidates with desirable personal qualities such as social skills, teamwork and leadership.
By working with The Collaboration Corner, you are future-proofing your child by helping them develop the empathy, awareness, and motivation they need to succeed in their chosen field. You don’t have to wait too long to see results. Our enrichment centre’s past students take off as peer-elected leaders as early as Secondary 1. Such leaders in secondary school gain access to rare opportunities. One child, at age 16, was offered the chance to represent SUTD at an international competition involving MIT and Asia’s top universities, simply because he was the team leader of the winning team at an SUTD-organized event. |
" In a high-IQ job pool, soft skills like discipline, drive, and empathy mark those who emerge as outstanding. " - Daniel Goleman
